Audit descriptions

The system includes numerous audits. Each audit captures the following elements:

• Date. The date and time that the action occurred.

• Name. The user ID of the person who performed the action.

• Role. The role of the user who performed the action.

• Message. A system-generated summary of the action, including the old value and the new value.

• Additional Information. System-generated details about the action may be available.

Descriptions

Agency Management Modified. Generates an entry when the Agency Management page parameters are modified. This audit does not capture Additional Information.

Application Banner Modified. Generates an entry when the Application Banner page parameters are modified. The entry is limited to the first 255 characters of the value that is returned. This audit does not capture Additional Information.

Application Management Modified. Generates an entry when the Application Management page parameters are modified. This audit does not capture Additional Information.

Audits Modified. Generates an entry when the Audits page parameters are modified. This audit does not capture Additional Information.

Bi-Directional Configurations Modified. Generates an entry when the Bi-Directional Configurations page parameters are modified. The Additional Information identifies the Agency that was modified.

Calendar Management Modified. Generates an entry when the Calendar Management page parameters are modified or a new calendar entry is added, modified or deleted. This audit does not capture Additional Information.

Email Management Modified. Generates an entry when the Email Management page parameters are modified. This audit does not capture Additional Information.

Error Management Modified. Generates an entry when the Error Management page parameters are modified or when an error entry is deleted. The Additional Information identifies deleted entries.

Export Job Modified. Generates an entry when an export job is added, modified or deleted on the Export Job Management page. The Additional Information identifies the export job that was modified.

Import Job Modified. Generates an entry when an import job is added, modified or deleted on the Import Job Management page. The Additional Information identifies the import job that was modified.

Job Modified. Generates an entry when an existing job is modified on the Job Management page. The Additional Information identifies the job that was modified.

LDAP Modified. Generates an entry when an LDAP configuration is added, deleted or modified. This audit does not capture Additional Information.

License Management Modified. Generates an entry when the parameters associated with the Optional Modules are enabled or disabled on the License Management page or a new license is added or deleted. This audit does not capture Additional Information.

Login Banner Modified. Generates an entry when the Login Banner page parameters are modified. The entry is limited to the first 255 characters of the value that is returned. This audit does not capture Additional Information.

Manage Accounts Account Modified. Generates an entry when the Account parameters are manually added, deleted or modified on the Manage Accounts > Account Structure > Accounts page. This audit does not include system imports, which are logged separately. This audit does not capture Additional Information.

Manage Accounts Field Value Modified. Generates an entry when the Field Value parameters are manually added, deleted or modified on the Manage Accounts > Account Structure > Field Values for: <account name> page. This audit does not capture Additional Information.

Manage Accounts Restrictor Modified. Generates an entry when a restrictor is added, deleted or modified on the Manage Accounts > Account Structure > page. The entry is limited to the first 255 characters of the value that is returned. This audit does not capture Additional Information.

Message Management Modified. Generates an entry when Message Management page parameters are modified or when the delivery method for a specific message is modified. This audit does not capture Additional Information.

Migration Management Modified. Generates an entry when the Migration Management page parameters are modified. This audit does not capture Additional Information.

Migration Started. Generates an entry when the Run Migration option is executed on the Migration Management page. This audit does not capture Additional Information.

Organization Management Modified. Generates an entry when the Organization Management page parameters are added, deleted or modified. This audit does not capture Additional Information.
