Online help is available throughout the application.

Navigating online help

To navigate online help, take these steps:

1. Click the Help icon from the Utility menu located in the upper right corner of the application. The online help browser window opens and the current topic displays in the right pane.

2. To access additional help, click topics in the table of contents or click links in the Related Topics.

3. Close the browser window using whatever method you normally use.

Printing online help

To print online help, take these steps:

1. Open the topic.

2. Click the Print icon near the top of the topic. The Print dialog opens.

3. After you respond to the print options, you return to the help topic.

Closing online help

To exit online help, close the browser window.

Searching online help

When you perform searches, do not enter one, two or three letter words or acronyms. These are excluded from the search. To use the search option, take these steps:

1. Open help.

2. Type a word or phrase in the Search text box in the upper right corner of the help window.

3. Click Search.

   • If the search finds matches, a list of topics displays.

   • If the search does not find any matches, the message "No results found" displays.

4. Click the topic links to open the help that is relevant to your question.
