About publishing reports
The Publish Reports feature is available with the Reports Module. The feature allows users to make reports available to a specific role in a specific organization or to an individual employee.
For example, the HR Administrator may publish an ad hoc report to Timekeepers in a specific organization. Timekeepers in other organizations would not have access to the report.
On the other hand, the HR Administrator may want to publish a report to a specific employee. In that case, no other employees would have access to the report.
Note: Depending on your role, some of the options mentioned below may not be available.
